  5.     contains all the files relating to this version.  We are in the process of
  6.     developing version 4.00.  The new version will be a commerical product and
  7.     will not be released as User-Supported software.  The version 4.00 will
  8.     have professional documentation and packaging.  The planned release date is
  9.     now July 1986. If you have sent in a registation fee, you will be notified
  10.     by mail when this version is ready.
